Umbrella Corporation LTD d.o.o. was founded in 2010 in Belgrade, Serbia.

Today, Umbrella is present in four countries in the region: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Montenegro, with expansion to the European market expected in the near future.

The number of Umbrella retail shops in the region exceeds 80, and this number is continuously growing as a result of constant business development.

In addition to its own retail channel, Umbrella has developed a distribution network with more than 3,000 points of sale across the region (kiosks, petrol stations, markets, tobacco shops, electronics stores, as well as a very successful format of specialized partners).
